With arenas, a variety of buildings, and stalls available, we’ve got the space for nearly any event you’re looking to host.
We also offer storage and day to day horse stall rentals. See below for pricing.

Facility Pricing
Grounds
Please call (307) 684-7357 for availability and event price. The event price will be determined by JCFB.
Arenas
- Main Arena – $450/DAY
- Second Arena – $350/DAY
- Both Arenas – $650 DAY
- Deposit – $500
- Stall Rentals During Events: Event organizers collect stall fees and split proceeds 60/40. (40% goes to Fair Board)
Stalls/Boarding
Nightly – $25 HEAD/DAY
Camping – $25/Night/Hookup
- Honor Box in place on the premises.
- Gates remain unlocked, please stop by. If you are traveling in the summer, please call as an event may have all stalls rented (307)-684-7357
*No outside horses or overnight camping during Fair & Rodeo.
Community Building
- Non-profit – Rate Available Upon Request
- Private/For-profit – $300/DAY
- Set-up Days – $75/DAY
- $500 Damage deposit due before the event (Refundable after inspection & approval)
Barn Rental
$375/DAY
Needlecraft, Exhibit Hall, Cook Shack
$50/DAY
Concessions
- Kitchen – $100/DAY
- Arena Shack – $65 DAY
- Vendor Fee – $50/DAY with electric
$20/DAY without electric - Vendor Fee for Events – $150/EVENT
Equipment
- Skid Steer – $100/DAY

- Panel Trailer – $50 fee
Tables & Chairs
- Tables – $5 EACH/DAY
- Chairs – $1 EACH/DAY
- Chair & Table Rental Trailer – $350
