- The deadline for all 4-H Fair entries is July 7
- Online Entries open June 1
- Livestock entries must be submitted to the UWE office to ensure the pen space is adequately set up by Coming Soon
- All youth livestock exhibitors are required to attend a fair informational meeting at the start of Fair Week.
- Any 4-H youth planning on participating in a contest at the Wyoming State Fair will be required to attend a WSF meeting on Thursday of Fair Week.
