2025 Ranch Sorting Team Entry Form

Performance - Saturday, July 26th, 2025 4 PM - Entries CLOSE July 13 at 5pm
Payment must be made at the time of entry. If a PayPal payment is NOT completed, no entry will be accepted.

*Any age, male, or female *$80.00 per team *100% payout *Everyone goes for their first run, the top ten will come back for the short go. *Contestants may enter with anyone. May enter up to 4 times (each time with a different partner)

Adult/Youth

*Youth age is 9-14 years as of July 13, 2025 *$60.00 per team *100% payout *Everyone goes for their first run, the top ten will come back for the short go *Contestants may enter up to 4 times; partners will be drawn

Adult/PeeWee

*Youth age is 8 years and under as of July 13, 2025 *$25.00 per team (payout to Peewee contestant ONLY) *100% payout *Everyone goes for their first run, the top ten will come back for the short go *Contestants may enter up to 2 times; partners can be drawn if needed *5 cattle will be sorted for this event

Youth

*14 years and under (14 as of July 13, 2025) *$40.00 per kid *100% payout *Everyone goes for their first run, the top ten will come back for the short-go *Youth may enter up to 3 times with other youth contestants. Each contestant must enter with a different partner. *Only 5 cows will be in the sorting pen for the youth class

JOHNSON COUNTY FAIR BOARD TEAM SORTING WAIVER

For and in consideration of the opportunity to compete and use the facilities/arena at the Johnson County Fairgrounds, I
state I am a bona fide resident or landowner of Johnson county, State of Wyoming, and do hereby waive any and all claims which may occur against Johnson County, Wyoming or the Johnson county Fair Board as a result of my participation in rodeo or fairground events. I understand that I am assuming all of the risks of possible injury, loss of damage occurring to my persona or property and I further understand that by waiving any and all claims against Johnson county, Wyoming and the Johnson County Fair Board, I give up any and all rights to recover money damage which may arise as a result of my participation in events held at the Johnson County Fairgrounds.
