FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF the opportunity to compete and to use the facilities and arena at the Johnson County Fairgrounds, I state I am a bona fide resident or property owner of Johnson County (except for rough stock events, Wyoming resident, and Steer Wrestling, Sheridan-Johnson-Campbell resident) State of Wyoming, and do hereby waive any and all claims which may accrue against Johnson County, Wyoming, or the Johnson County Fair Board as a result of my participation in rodeo or fairground events. I understand that I am assuming all of the risks of possible injury, loss or damage occurring to my person or property and I further understand that by waiving any and all claims against Johnson County, Wyoming and the Johnson County Fair Board, I give up any and all rights to recover money damages against Johnson County and the Johnson County Fair Board which may arise as a result of my participation in events held at the Johnson County Fairgrounds.
